The Shongum School PTO believes that great school communities are built through connection, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping every child succeed. Our PTO brings together families, teachers, staff, and community members to support our students and create experiences that make elementary school both meaningful and memorable.

Strong partnerships between home and school help students thrive. The PTO serves as a bridge that brings together families, teachers, and staff through open communication, shared experiences, and opportunities to work toward common goals. Together, we create an environment where every student feels supported both inside and outside the classroom.

The moments students remember often happen beyond the school day. From family events and celebrations to special activities and school traditions, the PTO helps create experiences that build excitement, encourage participation, and foster pride in being part of the Shongum community.

Everything we do is centered on supporting our school. Through membership, fundraising, volunteerism, and community partnerships, we help provide educational enrichment, classroom resources, teacher and staff appreciation, and programs that enhance the experience of every Shongum student.

There are many ways to be part of the Shongum PTO, and every level of involvement matters. Some families volunteer throughout the year, others attend events, become members, support fundraising efforts, or simply stay informed.
